Minimum Value $30- Please keep your door prize at your table, but state what you are donating. The winner will be announced and will need to come to your table to claim the prize.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT This form confirms the agreement between Southwest VA Wedding & Events and the business listed above for exhibit space in the Bridal Showcase to be held at the Thee Draper Village, located at 3054 Greenbriar Rd Draper, Virginia 24324 on Saturday, March 30, 2019. Only 1 vendor per company. Because of the unique setting and experience Thee Draper Village offers each space will offer a different feel and setting. We will in touch with you after receiving your application to discuss the best possible vendor location for your business. Vendor set-up is Saturday, March 29, 2019 from 3PM to 4PM. Friday set-up will be available if needed for most of the booth spaces. Registration for guests begins at 5PM. Exhibit area opens from 5:00 PM to 8:00PM. We ask that you do not dismantle booths until after 8:00 PM. The above business agrees to pay for the booth space at Thee Draper Village for the SWVA Wedding & Events Wedding Bridal Showcase Please send your application by February 25, 2019 to: SWVA Wedding & Events, PO BOX 177 Wytheville, VA 24382- Teresa@petalsofwytheville.com Checks payable to: Southwest Virginia Wedding & Events To become a member of SWVA Wedding & Events please contact Ellen Reynolds @ Beagle Ridge Herb Farm: beagleridge@gmail.com- Membership is $50 Liability: Only exhibitors specified on this agreement, in a manner agreed to by SWVA Wedding & Events, may occupy the booth space covered by this agreement. Also, no materials of any kind promoting another business will be handed out before, during or after the show. Exhibitor agrees to pay the total package price for each unapproved business promoted before, during or after the show. This show may be videotaped or photographed by SWVA Wedding & Events. Therefore, by signing this agreement the above named company consents to the use of faces, names, likeness, trade name and trademark of the company and its representatives in such photographs and videotapes and the commercial use of such photographs and videotapes. Pasting, tacking, nailing, screwing, taping or attaching any materials in any manner to the walls, ceiling, windows, window trim, doors or any other part of the property is strictly prohibited. In consideration of the wedding coordination granted to all the Bridal Professional Vendors participating in the 2019 SWVA Wedding & Events Bridal Showcase, the Vendor agrees to release both the event organizer, SWVA Wedding & Events Connection and host, Thee Draper Village, its affiliates and covenants not to sue any of the foregoing for any loss or damage arising out of the activity contemplated by these guidelines. Moreover, the Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both SWVA Wedding & Event and host, Thee Draper Village, its affiliates against any claims that may be asserted against them as a consequence of the actions or inactions associated with such an activity. Participating vendors are encouraged to secure a rider to their business insurance policy that covers bridal show liability, cancellation and other potential loss or causes for non-participation. We are not liable if weather or other conditions prevent you from attending and fulfilling your booth obligation and vendor participation at the March 30, 2019 Bridal Showcase between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
